Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the refund.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Since we provide free shipping on orders, we are unable to cover return postage costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as we cannot be responsible for lost or delayed return packages.
